Clean gutters. No mess. No ladder.
Hand-scooped, flushed and clear to the discharge — downspouts included. We bag the debris and take it with us, and send before-and-after photos before the invoice.
A blocked gutter isn't a gutter problem. It's a foundation problem.
When a trough overflows, water lands hard against the wall, saturates the backfill and finds the cold joint into your basement. In Edmonton the bigger risk is winter: standing water in a clogged trough freezes, expands, and levers the eavestrough clean off its hangers. By March the fascia board is soft and the spikes are stripped.
Twice-yearly cleaning is the cheapest insurance your home has. We clear the trough by hand, flush every downspout to the discharge, and check for the early signs — loose hangers, failing seams, standing water — before they turn into a repair bill.
- Protects your foundation from overflow
- Prevents ice dams and torn fascia
- Keeps your basement dry through spring melt
- Catches small repairs before they get expensive
- Keeps you off the ladder entirely
Drag the handle. That's one visit.
Same trough, same afternoon. Every clean ends with photos like these — one set per elevation, sent before the invoice.
What you get, every time.
No upsells, no surprises. This is the standard clean — the same on a bungalow or a two-storey.
Complete debris removal by hand
Every run cleared by hand — leaves, seed, shingle grit and nests. We don't just blow it around; it comes out and gets bagged.
Downspout flush & flow test
Every downspout flushed clear to the discharge and tested for flow, so you know water is actually leaving the system — not just the trough.
Visual inspection for damage
While we're up there we check for loose hangers, split seams, standing water and soft fascia — and flag anything worth watching before it becomes a repair.
Before & after photos
Photo report of every elevation lands in your inbox before the invoice — so you can see exactly what was done, without climbing up to check.
Debris bagged & hauled away
Nothing left on your lawn or in your beds. We bag every scrap of debris and take it with us — the yard is left the way we found it, or cleaner.
Fully insured, WCB-covered crews
Full liability insurance and WCB Alberta coverage on every job — protecting you, your property and our team while we're on your roof.

We inspect & photograph
Every run is checked for standing water, loose hangers and split seams before anything gets touched, so nothing gets missed.
Clear, flush & bag
Debris out by hand, downspouts flushed to the discharge, everything bagged and loaded. Small repairs handled on the spot where possible.
Photo report, then paid
Before-and-after photos of each elevation land in your inbox. You pay once you've seen the work. Most homes are done the same day.
Questions we get every week about cleaning.
Twice a year for most homes — a spring clean after the melt and a late-October clean once the elms and poplars have finished dropping. If you have mature trees directly over the roofline, add a mid-summer flush after the cottonwood fluff comes down. Homes with micro-mesh guards fitted can usually drop to a visual inspection every couple of years.
No. As long as we have gate and yard access, most customers are at work. You'll get a text when the crew arrives, a call if we spot anything unexpected, and the photo report in your inbox when we leave.
We bag everything and take it with us. Nothing gets left on your lawn, in your flower beds or blown into the neighbour's yard. The property is left the way we found it — often cleaner.
We handle winter ice damming, emergency blockages and heat-cable installs year-round. Full cleans wait until the trough has thawed, though — chipping frozen debris out of aluminium is how eavestroughs get bent and seams get split, so we won't risk your trough to rush a job.
We photograph it and call you before doing anything. Small fixes — resealing a seam, re-securing a hanger — we can often handle on the spot for a small add-on. Larger repairs we quote in writing so you can decide. We never do extra work without your say-so.
A standard bungalow clean starts around $149 and a two-storey around $229. Complex rooflines, steep pitch or heavy tree cover are quoted after a free roof-line check. You always get one fixed written number before any work begins.
